Data-Driven Personalisation

Through a consulting exercise this content driven cruise OTA identified the clear correlation between engagement and conversion on their site.

Eysys took extensive site data applying data-mining techniques to train our Personalise predictive engine, which was then integrated into the site to provide personalised review recommendations, email offers and advertising.

Implementation saw a rapid increase in engagement metrics improving visit time, page impressions and bounce rate. Over time clear increases in conversion could be demonstrated and attributed to the personalisation project.

Redeveloped back-end reviews system

Feefo is one of the world's most trusted supplier of ratings and reviews registered for merchants and to consumers.

Eysys worked with Feefo to redevelop their backend reviews system and B2C website in 2014. Feefo v.2.0 is built on the Holistic base technology stack. The v.2.0 project involved rebuilding all existing v.1.0 functionality - including a reporting engine, reviewing admin section and XML feed, whilst enhancing v.1.0 where opportunities arose.

Furthermore, Eysys were greatly involved in the redesign and implementation of a new designed B2C website for Feefo.

As a result, Feefo are currently migrating all of their merchants to the v.2.0 platform and Feefo’s platform is now stable and they can introduce further innovation.

Delivery of Ski Website

Midcounties Co-op needed to deliver a Ski website with short time to market in light of the impending ski season. The site required integration to third APIs party for holiday search / cost and take feeds for brochure content.

Eysys built, and delivered the complex eCommerce solution based on our Holistic platform (including using our own CMS) with a contract signature to go-live window of 6 weeks, so that Midcounties could be trading in plenty of time for the seasonal ski booking peaks.

Miles Morgan Travel

Website redesign

Miles Morgan Travel approached Eysys in late 2013 seeking a solution to their data structure and design of their core luxury travel website. Eysys developed a redesigned website for MMT on the Holistic platform, implementing a simplified data structure and integrating Elastic Search to power the search function.

The Miles Morgan Travel website has been continuously improved since launch in early 2014, introducing expert finder functionality, Feefo reviews, blog filters and new templates.

Following the success of the MMT website, Miles Morgan Travel replatformed their Cruises From Bristol site on Holistic. Cruises From uses the products module to automatically create price and availability landing pages. Cruises From Bristol has been white labelled three times for Miles Morgan Travel, each time serving a different region in the UK.

Rebuild SQL technology stack

Innovantage is the market leading provider of lead generation and market intelligence to the recruitment industry.

Eysys worked closely with Innovantage in order to rebuild their SQL technology stack into a much more scalable solution in MongoDB and ElasticSearch. The new system demonstrates an 150% improvement in report performance and allows Innovantage to collect the most up-to-date job posting information in the market.

The work that Eysys completed has now given Innovantage a solid platform to develop on as they increase their collection of data sources and establish new ways to present and aggregate the data.
